In this workshop we will explore our connection with our body and with feelings of oppression and liberation through physical theater dynamics, in relation to the concept of decolonisation.

Anairda is a Latin American multidisciplinary artist and activist, resident in Plymouth. She's a performer who has been involved in the grassroots climate and feminist movements for more than 10 years and runs art workshops for personal and social empowerment.
